"The Making of CHROMATIC" (2014)

Vinyl Theatre makes music that's technically flawless and catchy as hell. My colleague J.P. Russell of 4513 Productions filmed the band while they recorded their new EP "Chromatic" at JTW Studios over the holidays. I had the pleasure of watching them slowly lose their minds through hours of footage that I cut down into this short documentary.

"Who Would Win In A Fight?" (2014)

Another video filmed for the local band Vinyl Theatre that poses the question who would win in a fight between producer Joel Wanasek and band keyboardist Chris Senner. I had the idea of doing this to a few different films but I only got this far with the first one. Someday I'll finish it but for now, here's half of JURASSIC PARK if it was far more obscene and all voiced by me.

Women on the Moon Spec Shoot (2013)

A very, very serious documentary I created after a spec commercial for Miller's Woman on the Moon campaign that I shot on my iPhone in between my role as boom-op.

PSA for the 7th Annual AT Telethon (2008)

I participated in this telethon many years; the 7th marked my first chance to edit a public service announcement for them that went on to win an award from the National Broadcast Society.

"8 AM"  2008

A short film I directed and with the help of some other friends in the UWO Film Society shot, edited, and submitted within one weekend as part of a 48 hour film project.  We were given the genre (horror), one line of dialogue ("I drained the water heater and removed the rod from the tank"), and one prop to use (a small garden gnome).

The Making of "The Killers"  2008

This was a feature I edited together for a special UW Oshkosh Film Society screening.  The short film "The Killers" was shot in the spring of 2008, directed by J.P. Russell and Peter Murphy.  I was sound on set and Jeff Leinenkugel was my boom operator.

"Fear"  2007

A short film I directed, shot, and edited for my Cinema Techniques course at UW Oshkosh.  It was shot on 16mm black & white reversal film.

A short film directed by Jeff Leinenkugel.  A fun piece I added to this list simply because I have a surprise role that pops in right around the 4 minute marker.

I made this animation for my advanced animation course senior year of high school at Kettle Moraine.  It played at various Milwaukee film festivals.
